the room had a fridge with water bottles inside , a nice touch. complimentary snacks were available in reception. it was an easy walk into the city centre.
the bed was small for two people. the tv remote did not work , even after i asked the staff through whatsapp. the room was very small with little storage.

I liked the key code access system. The hotel provided good pillows, ensuring a restful sleep. There was a thermostat for temperature control, allowing me to adjust the room to my liking. I thought the location was quiet yet convenient.
I noticed a slight lack of lighting outside the entrance.

Contactless check-in ensures a smooth arrival process. Managers were responsive to inquiries, answering promptly. I received helpful assistance from Geoff, the Admin staff, throughout my stay, a nice service.

mixed experience due to some issues

the location was convenient I could walk to many places i wanted to see.
the room had a noticeable sewage smell that management acknowledged they promised to address it later I had a concert to attend and could not wait the lack of immediate resolution and the unpleasant odor impacted my stay significantly I also found the communication regarding a refund to be unsatisfactory after the issue was reported.
